10,000 steps – walk at your own pace

New Walking Group on Tuesday mornings

This group has been set up to encourage local people to walk more steps on a regular basis. It doesn’t matter how many additional steps you can manage – every little helps.

Have you any idea how close you’re getting to 10,000 steps?

Join us in an attempt to find out and sample our delicious smoothies and healthy snacks.

Please come along on Tuesday, 5th September to the Pavilion Café at 10.00 a.m. There will be a choice of walks, including short walks around the perimeter of the playing field, and walks around the village.

This event is free of charge, but please book in advance.
